Machinist

• Machinist needed, up to 34/hr!
• Responsibilities
• + Set up and operate up to three CNC Mills simultaneously. + Perform quality checks on parts using calipers and micrometers. + Ensure machines hold tolerances of +/- .5. + Deburr parts as needed. + Perform offsets and tool changes. + Adjust G&M codes as needed. + Enter production numbers into computer systems.
• Essential Skills
• + 2+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC Mills.

+ Ability to perform tool changes and offsets. + 2+ years of experience setting tooling in CNC machines. + 2+ years of experience setting up CNC machines based on blueprints. + 2+ years of experience conducting quality checks using micrometers and calipers. + Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems. + 2+ years of experience interpreting blueprints.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + 1 year of experience with GD&T is a plus. + 1 year of CAD programming experience is a plus. + 1 year of twin spindle experience is a plus.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
