$28.00 per hour 1st Shift For Machinist jobs in Ontario, this is where precision meets pride. What Puts You on Our Shortlist for Machinist High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of machining or related industry experience Hands-on experience operating manual lathes and mills Working knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tolerances Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in a mechanical or technical field Experience in process control or similar industries Ability to diagnose and resolve machining or process issues Experience with Fisher and Final Control products (preferred, not required) What You Get When You Clock In Good Weekly Pay Solid Benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and Disability coverage Optional 401(k) to stack your savings Safety always comes first What You'll Do Behind the Machine Set up machines and tooling for production machining Operate manual lathes and mills Read and machine parts from blueprints, drawings, and samples Machine components from raw castings and bar stock Perform repair and touch-up machining while maintaining critical dimensions Conduct dimensional and visual inspections on finished parts Complete inspection reports and maintain required documentation Apply shop math, including trigonometry, in daily operations Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and coolant Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures Participate in safety and quality initiatives as required "They care about me.
