00 per hour increase after 1st year AND up to $3,000 of bonus (based on performance). We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys setup work, precision machining, and working in a quality-driven environment rather than simply loading parts into a machine. Must be able to train on 1st shift for 6 weeks before transitioning to 2nd. The company is looking for someone who can read prints, hold tight tolerances, and troubleshoot machining issues as they arise. Responsibilities Setup and operate CNC machining centers Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T callouts Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks Make tooling offsets and machine adjustments to maintain tolerances Select proper tooling, fixtures, and materials for production runs Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gauges Identify and troubleshoot machining or dimensional issues Ensure finished parts meet quality and engineering specifications Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience required Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards Experience performing setups and inspections What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality parts, works well independently, and understands the importance of accuracy and consistency in a manufacturing environment.
