Our company specializes in precision machining, custom tooling, fixtures, and aviation support equipment for the aerospace and industrial industries. Responsibilities Operate machines including lathes and milling machines to produce precise tooling components. Fabricate tooling using welding, stamping presses, hand tools, and fabrication techniques to meet project requirements. Measure parts with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges to verify dimensions. Interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings for assembly. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all machining and fabrication activities. Experience Proven experience working as a machinist or tooling fabricator in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in setup, and operation of milling machines and lathes. Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling design, and fabrication methods. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams accurately. Familiarity with welding techniques and assembly procedures is a plus. Strong math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machining parameters.
