Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Your expertise will support clerical and clinical teams by assisting with patient registration, care activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all patients and visitors. Duties Assist with patient intake procedures, including recording vital signs and updating medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Support clerical and clinical staff with registration, scheduling, pre-charting, intake assessment, vital signs, processing in-house rapid testing Help coordinate patient flow through this small outpatient clinic. Assist with running the clinic by working closely with the owner herself, helping build and exercise autonomy in the interim. Skills Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinic practices Exercises Critical Thinking Demonstrates Initiative Proficiency in using EHR systems for documentation and patient data management Ability to perform intake assessments, measure vital signs accurately Demonstrates ability to work effectively in diverse roles.
