PM, Monday-Friday Pay Rate:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Automation Mailing Department Machine Operator. In this role, you will contribute to a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality printed materials are processed and delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain automated mailing and inserting equipment Set up machines for daily production runs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Ensure proper sorting, labeling, and preparation of outgoing mail Perform routine quality checks to maintain high production standards Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a printing, mailing, or manufacturing environment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures High attention to detail with a commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
