Job Description
Maintenance Assistant Job Description The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, and making repairs as needed. Full Time - 40 Hours per week Hours - 7:00 to 3:30 Required Rotating Call for after hours and weekends, Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and lubricating equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems Make repairs to equipment, buildings, and grounds as needed Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and procedures Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems Ability to make repairs to equipment, buildings, and grounds Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical Basic carpentry skills Maintenance 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Ladysmith, WI 54848 Full-time Care & Rehab 16 reviews Full-time Maintenance Assistant Job Description The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
