Summary We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at Quality Inn and Suites in Niagara Falls. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of our services and guest experiences. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel facilities are in optimal condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests. Conduct inspections of the property to identify potential issues or repairs needed. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Assist with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards throughout the property. Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations effectively. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is essential. Basic welding and fabrication skills are a plus but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
