Gray, Louisiana We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a temporary, entry-level building maintenance role. This position involves light maintenance duties in and around an office building. Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and furniture moves Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of common areas Conduct routine inspections and report any issues to management Maintain outdoor areas (e.g., sweeping walkways, light landscaping tasks) Support office staff with facility-related needs as requested Qualifications No prior experience required; training will be provided Ability to perform physical tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills
