Aircraft Mechanic (A&P) Lake Clark Air, Inc Anchorage, AK Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Teamwork Safety regulations Airframe & Powerplant License Attention to detail Mechanical troubleshooting Full Job Description Seeking an Aircraft Mechanic with A&P licenses, preferably with experience in turbines, to join our team at Lake Clark Air. As a member of our maintenance crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet of twin turbine and piston engine airplanes, primarily focusing on Beech 99s and 100s.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on our fleet of twin turbine and piston engine airplanes, with a particular emphasis on Beech 99s and 100s. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks according to FAA regulations and company procedures. Document all maintenance activities accurately and maintain organized records. Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete tasks and ensure aircraft readiness for flight operations.
Qualifications:
A&P licenses required. Previous experience working on turbines highly preferred. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
