A&P Mechanic - DHC-2 Beavers, PA32 Cherokees, Cessna 206, and 208 Caravans
Job Description:
Island Air Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced A&P Mechanic to join our team. We offer competitive wages, with performance-based incentives. Hard work will be rewarded! The opportunity to grow into a management position is available for the right individual. We operate DHC-2 Beavers, PA32 Cherokees, Cessna 206, and 208 Caravans. Will be responsible for correcting discrepancies and performing inspections on all company aircraft, maintaining aircraft parts inventory, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance. Experience with Radial engines, Turbine engines, Aerocet floats, Avionics, and sheet metal is a plus.
Job Requirements:
Must possess FAA A&P Certificate. Pre-employment/Random drug screening and background checks are required. Must be able to lift 70 lbs. Must provide own basic tools to perform aircraft maintenance. Minimum 5 years general aviation experience required.
