1st & 2nd Shift Available Job Overview We are seeking experienced Aircraft Structural Mechanics to support CH-47 Chinook and UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter programs. This position involves performing aircraft structural modifications, repairs, installations, and sheet metal work in accordance with engineering drawings, technical data, and customer specifications. Candidates supporting the CH-47 program must have experience working around or installing components associated with Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasures (ATIRCM) systems. Responsibilities Perform structural assembly, modification, and repair on CH-47 and UH-60 aircraft. Install structural components, brackets, panels, fittings, and aircraft hardware according to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform sheet metal repairs and fabrication using standard aircraft structural repair techniques. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical manuals, and work instructions. Drill, ream, countersink, fit, and install fasteners including rivets, Hi-Loks, and related hardware. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to complete assignments. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet program schedules. Required Qualifications Experience performing aircraft structural assembly, modification, repair, or sheet metal work. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals. Experience with drilling, riveting, fastening, and aircraft structural repair techniques. Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measuring equipment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications CH-47 Chinook structural experience. UH-60 Black Hawk structural experience. Advanced Threat Infrared Countermeasures (ATIRCM) installation or modification experience. Military rotary-wing maintenance background. Depot-level maintenance, modification, or sustainment experience. Experience with aircraft sheet metal fabrication and structural repairs. Schedule Monday - Friday 1st

2:30 PM Start Overtime may be available based on program needs but is not guaranteed.
