Job Description

•All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and are subject to random testing•Are you looking to launch your career in the aviation industry? We're looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our maintenance team as a Shop Hand / Tech I . This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn from experienced aviation professionals, and grow within a dynamic and safety-focused environment. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting aircraft maintenance, prepping parts, and helping ensure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
Essential Duties:
Assist in different duties on the shop floor including bead blasting, washing and cleaning of parts as needed Assist in the teardown of units Use tools safely and equipment correctly Carry out all tasks, in accordance with the applicable maintenance manual and quality manual Ensure maintenance operations are performed in the appropriate sequence (as determined by the applicable maintenance data), and that maintenance activities are performed according to the appropriate maintenance data and customer requirements Ensure that all test equipment or tools used to make airworthiness determinations are labeled in accordance with our quality manual. Request stock as required for the work being performed. Oversee all appropriate paperwork is completed within guidelines. Work in accordance with established safety practices including proper use of personal protective equipment; maintain a neat and orderly work area. Identify issues that may arise and consult with Quality as needed. All other duties as assigned. Why Join Us?
