• Job Description Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft structural components in a Part 145/MRO environment.

This role focuses on sheet metal repairs, structural work, and landing gear assemblies while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards. Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble aircraft structural components Perform sheet metal work including patching, riveting, and fabrication Support landing gear disassembly, inspection, repair, and rebuild Interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics Install and replace defective or worn components Document all maintenance, inspections, and repairs accurately Use tools and testing equipment to ensure proper function and compliance Follow FAA, OSHA, and company safety/regulatory requirements Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Essential Skills 3+ years (

Level III:

5+ years) in aviation sheet metal/structures MRO or Part 145 repair station experience required Strong sheet metal repair and structural fabrication skills Experience with commercial aircraft (Boeing, Airbus, or similar) Landing gear experience preferred Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot structural issues Proficiency in basic computer systems for documentation Ability to pass FAA drug test and compliance check Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with aircraft modification and repair station processes. History in aircraft sheet metal fabrication and structural assembly. Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques specific to airframe and structural systems. Comfort working with a variety of aviation platforms and configurations. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and team members. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple projects in a fast-paced MRO environment. Work Environment Air-conditioned MRO/back shop setting (not line maintenance) on a Monday-Friday, first-shift schedule (~7 AM-4:30 PM), with overtime as needed. Hands-on role working with aircraft structures, sheet metal, and landing gear using standard tools and technical documentation. Strong focus on safety, compliance, and teamwork in a professional shop environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Gilbert, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $91520.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
