Full-Time Position Overview G&G Aero is a flight testing department at the Goodyear Airport that operates highly modified test aircraft to support industry and government flight test. G&G Aero is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic with Inspection Authorization (IA) to support maintenance, modification, and integration efforts for aircraft operating in a demanding flight test environment. This role supports specialized airborne testing, captive carry programs, and experimental aircraft modifications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on maintenance experience, excellent troubleshooting capability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
