Pay Rate:

Up to $41.50/hour Key Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, testing, and calibration of aircraft components
• Maintain and repair aircraft structures, engines, electrical systems, and related equipment
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical data
• Inspect parts for wear or defects and repair or replace as needed
• Complete required documentation, including logs, tags, and inspection records
• Perform routine servicing such as cleaning, lubricating, and system checks
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with FAA and company standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and overall shop organization Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• A&P License (required)
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Strong understanding of technical data and maintenance procedures
• Ability to operate standard vehicles and ground equipment Professional Skills
