You will work alongside the drone pilot to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality exterior cleaning services on commercial, industrial, and residential properties. This is a hands-on position that combines drone support duties with traditional window cleaning techniques. Responsibilities Mix and fill chemical tank s with the correct dilution ratios for window cleaning and solar panel cleaning solutions. Swap and manage drone batteries to maximize flight time and minimize downtime between flights. Manage and feed the pressure hose during drone operations, ensuring smooth, kink-free delivery to the drone. Set up and break down equipment on job sites (hoses, tanks, generators, safety cones, etc.). Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas. Act as a Visual Observer during all drone flights in accordance with FAA Part 107 requirements — ground traffic, people, and obstacles. Perform water-fed pole window washing on lower levels and areas not reached by the drone. Complete mop and bucket window washing and detailing as needed for touch-ups or smaller sections. Follow all safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and personal protective equipment (PPE) use. Communicate clearly with the drone pilot throughout the job. Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings (especially during summer months). Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat for extended periods. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs , and work on your feet for long periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred). Previous window cleaning, pressure washing, or construction experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person. Schedule Primarily Sunday-Saturday (some flexibility required). Early start times (often 5:00-6:00 AM during summer to avoid extreme heat). Hours vary by job size and season. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($18-$22/hour starting range). Opportunities for performance-based increases as skills and responsibilities grow. Why Work With The Eco Drone? You'll be part of a growing, innovative company that uses drone technology to make exterior cleaning safer, faster, and more efficient. This is a great opportunity to learn drone-supported cleaning operations while building hands-on skills in the exterior cleaning industry.
