Job Overview Job Title Bell Helicopter Overhaul Technician (Light & Medium Airframes) Job Location Show Low, AZ Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Component Overhaul Technician for our certified FAA Part 145 Repair Station in Show Low, AZ. You will inspect, repair, and rebuild a diverse fleet of Bell Helicopter dynamic components, maintaining strict regulatory compliance across commercial and military-derivative light models and medium platforms.

Occasional overtime required based on production demands.Tool Requirements Personal Tools:
Technicians must provide their own set of standard mechanic hand tools.Specialized Equipment:
Precision calibrated instruments and specialized Bell tooling are provided by the facility. Key Responsibilities Disassemble dynamic components including transmissions, gearboxes, and rotor heads. Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for wear, corrosion, and defects. Nondestructive Testing (NDT) coordination to ensure structural integrity of critical parts. Repair or replace worn components using precision specialized hand tools. Reassemble complex mechanical assemblies according to Bell maintenance manuals. Document all maintenance actions accurately on required FAA and Repair Station forms. Calibrate precision measuring instruments like micrometers, dial indicators, and torque wrenches. Comply strictly with all Part 145 Quality Control manual procedures and safety protocols.Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Bell helicopter component overhaul experience.Training:
Bell factory component overhaul training completed within the last 5 years is a strong plus.License:
Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license preferred, but not required with equivalent repair station experience.Platform Expertise:
Proven proficiency with Bell Light (206 Series, 407, 505), Medium (204, 205, 212, 412, 429), and military-derivative (UH-1, OH-58, AH-1) platforms.Documentation:
Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.Compliance:
Strong working knowledge of FAA Part 145 repair station regulations and paperwork. Physical Requirements Lift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Stand, stoop, and crawl around maintenance stands for extended periods.Benefits:
