Key Responsibilities Develop new methods, techniques, and processes Provide customer support Perform day-to-day testing for research, development, and qualification of actuation components Collaborate with Mechanical Test Laboratory personnel to complete testing tasks per work instructions Conduct functional testing and assembly operations on actuation components throughout their lifecycle Support test operations, including setup, fabrication, operation, and maintenance Identify discrepancies in test units or systems and interpret test data per lab policies Participate in process improvement activities (equipment selection, procedure generation, safety compliance) Maintain FAA -recognized quality and regulatory stamps for compliance Perform other related duties as required
