  • , you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of customer aircraft. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining operational excellence—keeping fleets airworthy and customers confident. You'll work hands-on with aircraft systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with clients to deliver effective solutions.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft systems and components + Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on customer aircraft + Interpret and work from mechanical engineering drawings and technical manuals + Communicate aircraft status clearly to team members and customers + Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards + Maintain proper tool control and inventory of hand tools + Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to solve complex mechanical challenges + Adapt to varying work conditions, including outdoor environments and overtime as needed •What You Bring•Required Qualifications•+ Active •Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license•+ Minimum •2 years of experience•with aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military) + •TN Visa candidates:•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required + Ability to interpret mechanical and engineering drawings + Strong verbal and written English communication skills + Basic computer proficiency + Ownership of a basic set of hand tools with tool accountability practices + Ability to obtain required Ground Support Equipment qualifications + Ability to secure a •Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge•(if applicable) + Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions •Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience with •business aircraft•Why Join Us•At PDS Tech Commercial, you're more than just a technician—you're part of a team that values skill, dedication, and a passion for aviation.

  • Pay Details:
  • $34.
