As a Flight Operations Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on aircraft systems and components. You will work closely with other mechanics and technicians to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on aircraft systems and components. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues as needed. Document all work performed in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. Assist in the training of new mechanics and technicians. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field. Knowledge of aircraft systems and components. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
