Aircraft Mechanic Inspector Aloft Aviation Services LLC San Bernardino, CA Job Details Full-time $35 - $45 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Airframe & Powerplant License Full Job Description The Aircraft Mechanic / Inspector will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on turbine aircraft, with a primary focus on Cessna Citation models. This role requires strong technical skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to complete accurate documentation in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. This position is ideal for a mechanic who takes pride in quality work, understands the importance of compliance, and wants to grow within a professional Part 145 repair station environment. Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine aircraft Conduct inspections in accordance with approved maintenance programs Execute troubleshooting and corrective actions Complete accurate and compliant logbook entries and maintenance records Ensure work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs Support pre-purchase inspections and special projects as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with Lead Technicians and Management to meet project timelines Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred (not required but highly valued) 3+ years turbine aircraft experience preferred Citation experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of FAA Part 43 and Part 145 regulations Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, IPCs, and wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Professional communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Professional growth within a rapidly expanding facility Stable, team-focused work environment Opportunity to work on high-end corporate aircraft Who We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who: Take ownership of their work Value quality over shortcuts Understand that documentation is just as important as turning wrenches Want to grow with a company building a strong long-term reputation
