We are looking for an experienced, motivated team player and result-driven Pneumatic Technician. If you have what it takes to perform this job, then we want you in our team!
Essential Duties:
Disassemble, clean, repair, and overhaul pneumatic aircraft components. Use and interpret Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM). Operate various measuring and test equipment in accordance with FAA standards. Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner. Comply with FAA and Repair Station operating procedures (Part 145). Maintain inspection tools/equipment with current calibration. Perform maintenance per OEM technical data and FAA-approved guidelines. Support leadership in absence of the shop manager. Participate in cross-training and perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills and Qualification:
Experience:
Experience with visual and dimensional inspection techniques. Strong working knowledge of pneumatic systems and aircraft components. Familiarity with on/off valves, solenoids, regulators, torque motors, ACMs, PDUs, and both narrow and wide-body starters. Prior leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using inspection and diagnostic tools. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements for shop tasks.
Qualification:
•Minimum 2 years of experience in an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) or similar aviation setting. A&P License preferred, but not required.
