Overview As a Junior AOG Technician, you will build hands-on experience on world-class business jets alongside seasoned technicians. You will respond to real AOG events, develop your diagnostic skills rapidly, and grow into a highly capable field technician. What You Will Do Deploy with the AOG team to domestic and select international AOG events via commercial airline or company van Perform hands-on maintenance, inspections, and repairs under the guidance of senior technicians Assist with diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and avionics discrepancies Complete work orders, return-to-service documentation, and parts accounting accurately and on time Maintain a professional demeanor when interfacing with clients and flight crews Adhere strictly to safety protocols, quality standards, and manufacturer maintenance manuals Travel up to 200 miles by vehicle from the assigned base location for AOG events; trips beyond 200 miles will be by flight Use tools provided on site for maintenance and repair tasks What We Are Looking For Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate — required 1-2 years of aviation maintenance experience (corporate, MRO, or military considered) Exposure to FAR Part 145 repair station operations is a plus Basic personal set of aircraft mechanic hand tools (tools provided on site) Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to pass a DOT background check Familiarity with MS Office and basic aviation maintenance software Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Physical ability to lift 70 lbs., work at heights up to 40 feet, and operate in confined spaces Coachable mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality
