Job Description:
GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is an aerospace staffing company specializing in temporary and permanent staffing for general and technical positions in the aviation and aerospace industry.   • AOG Technician (GA / Turboprop Aircraft) The AOG Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft in an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) environment.
This role focuses on general aviation and turboprop aircraft, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, independence, and the ability to respond quickly to unscheduled maintenance events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond to AOG situations and perform on-site aircraft maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical discrepancies and determine corrective actions Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and engineering documents Remove and replace aircraft components as required Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance performed Work independently in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments Maintain communication with maintenance control and operations teams Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Other duties as assigned Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Adaptability

  • Diagnoses and resolves issues efficiently Summary of Education, Experience & Certification High School diploma or equivalent required.
