A&P Mechanic

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic with a strong background in General Aviation to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, demonstrating expertise in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various aircraft systems to ensure safety and compliance with FAA regulations. Key Responsibilities Verify work hours and job performance accuracy Monitor and maintain inventory of expendables (e.g., oils, hydraulic fluids, and related materials), including expiration tracking Participate in required meetings and briefings Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Accurately document shift activities, delays, and turnover notes Coordinate and communicate with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) Follow instructions and direction from supervisors and leadership Maintain compliance with all safety and operational procedures Training & Development Opportunities to receive training on multiple aircraft types and airline operations Requirements Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on accurate documentation Demonstrated ability to follow direction and adhere to established procedures and safety standards Must provide own basic set of tools; specialized tools and equipment will be supplied by the company Must possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License Must be able to successfully pass Drug & Alcohol screening requirements Must meet all eligibility requirements in accordance with TSA regulation 49 CFR § 1542.209(d) Join our dedicated team of professionals committed to maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and performance.
