Job Description:
AOG Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Boeing Wide-Body Maintenance) We are seeking experienced A&P maintenance professionals to support AOG maintenance operations in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky and Chicago regions. This role supports high-priority aircraft maintenance, avionics upgrades, modifications, troubleshooting, and return-to-service activities on Boeing wide-body aircraft. - Perform AOG maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and return-to-service activities on Boeing wide-body aircraft
- Support avionics upgrades, aircraft modifications, and system installations
- Troubleshoot aircraft mechanical, electrical, avionics, and airframe systems
- Perform maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and approved technical data
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Accurately document completed maintenance actions, discrepancies, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance control, engineering, quality, and operations teams to minimize aircraft downtime
- Support high-priority maintenance events in a fast-paced operational environment
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, compliance, and aircraft readiness Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
- Minimum 5+ years of Boeing wide-body aircraft maintenance experience required
- Experience on Boeing 747, Boeing 777, or Boeing 767 aircraft required
- Prior AOG, line maintenance, or high-tempo operational maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting avionics upgrades, modifications, or aircraft systems troubleshooting preferred
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, maintenance manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and within a team-focused maintenance environment
