We support a diverse fleet with maintenance, inspections, and repair operations in a collaborative, safety-first environment. Position Overview We're hiring an experienced Aircraft Mechanic (A&P) to perform scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work independently and as part of a small team in a dynamic airport environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform line maintenance:
pre-flight, daily, service checks as required Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, hydraulic, landing gear, and avionics systems Conduct inspections and document findings per FAA regulations and company procedures Read/interprete aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and tech data Replace components Maintain accurate logbooks, maintenance records, and work orders Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures Required Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification 3+ years aircraft maintenance experience (commercial/regional preferred) Solid knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and troubleshooting techniques Comfortable working in ramp environments, including lift equipment Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills Valid driver's license; ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol testing Preferred Experience with A320 Family & 737's Additional training certificates What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Health, dental, vision, life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid training / certifications
