B737, A320 or Similar SUMMARY Under close supervision, make repairs to aircraft VIP seats and subassemblies and/or to

Monuments:

Lavatories, Galleys and other interior components according to specifications and blueprints.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Repair aircraft seating, including passenger and crew seats. Repair interior monuments (galleys, lavatories and class dividers), overhead bins and side walls. Disassemble components, determine malfunctions & make repairs. Read inspection reports & rework instructions. Read blueprints to determine type of repair, tools required, and to plan sequence of operations. Read Schematics. Reassemble components to meet company, customer and FAA standards. Accurately read and follow schematics / blueprints and work orders. Use bonding materials, fillers and compounds to make repairs. Plumbing repair. Read and understand blueprints, CMM & IPCs. Painting. Surface preparation.
