Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Aircraft Mechanic (A&P) to join our team. This role is ideal for both experienced mechanics and newly certified graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in aviation maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs Ensure aircraft are safe, compliant, and airworthy Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation Assist in maintaining the overall condition of the fleet Qualifications A&P Certificate (required) IA Certification (required) Experience with Cessna 172 aircraft is a plus Strong attention to detail and safety mindset Entry-Level Applicants Welcome Recent graduates with an A&P license are encouraged to apply. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are passionate about aviation.
