Required:

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate Minimum 2 years of general aviation aircraft maintenance experience (Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, etc.) Strong understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance practices Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs across systems Own basic aviation tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred:

Sheet metal, composite, or avionics experience Familiarity with logbook and maintenance tracking systems IA certification or willingness to pursue Experience with STC installations and field approvals Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working on ladders, at height, and in confined spaces Willingness to work in variable shop conditions

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$3,800 - $5,400 per month (based on experience) Performance-based pay opportunities Monday-Friday schedule (8-hour shifts) Strong work/life balance
