About the Role As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness and peak performance of general aviation aircraft. You will leverage your technical expertise to perform complex diagnostics and repairs, directly contributing to the safety and reliability of our fleet. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on various aircraft systems to ensure strict adherence to FAA safety standards. Execute both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including annual and 100-hour inspections, to maximize aircraft uptime. Document all maintenance actions with precision, ensuring full compliance with regulatory record-keeping requirements. Apply advanced mechanical skills to diagnose system failures and implement effective, long-lasting solutions. Foster a collaborative shop environment by working closely with teammates to streamline project workflows and maintain high-quality output. Uphold a rigorous standard of cleanliness and safety within the hangar to promote an efficient and hazard-free workspace. Qualifications Required Skills Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate. Minimum of 2 years of professional hands-on aircraft maintenance experience. Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and system diagnostics. Solid understanding of FAA regulations and technical documentation standards. Preferred Skills Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving industry best practices. Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on team-oriented problem solving. Self-motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous professional growth and technical excellence.
