All qualified permanent and indefinite Title 32 Nional Guard employees who are currently working for the TASMG Shop in Springfield, Missouri. Duties Help Plans the overall allocion of personnel and other resources to the organizional segments supervised to accomplish work operions. Analyzes the work plans developed by subordine supervisors for accomplishment of assigned work orders and projects and the stus of work being accomplished in relion to overall schedule requirements. Participes in planning conferences and meetings. Coordines and directs the work of units' areas supervised. Assigns and explains work requirements to subordine supervisors and sets deadlines. Balances workload for subordine work groups. Promotes economical and efficient work operions. Spot checks work operions to assure production and quality standards are met. Coordines work operions with other organizions and functions. Encourages employees to achieve management goals. Recommends promotion or reassignment of subordine supervisors and reviews personnel actions prepared by them. Makes formal appraisal of supervisors' work performance and reviews employee appraisals submitted by them. Determines training needs for all levels of subordines. Ensures th regulions governing safety and housekeeping are observed. Hears and resolves grievances and ensures proper corrective action is taken. Implements safety regulory requirements. Prepares for and participes in various types of readiness evaluions, inspections, mobilizion and command support exercises. Performs other duties as assigned. Acceptance of an Excepted Service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment. Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. Failure to complete management prescribed courses for full-time support personnel within the first year of employment or assignment, may be cause for reassignment or terminion. This is an Excepted Service position th requires membership in the Missouri Nional Guard prior to the effective de of placement.NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED.

This position is authorized to be filled as long as the reimbursable funds are available. May be required to successfully complete a supervisory probionary period. Must be able to obtain and maintain the approprie security clearance of the position. Irregular and/or overtime (compensory) hours may be required to support operional requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day. This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. QualificionsMILITARY REQUIREMENTS
Selected candide must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Nional Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion). Maximum Military Grade- CW3 (W-3) with de of rank after 30 September 2025 Minimum Military Grade
- SSG (E-6) with de of rank on or before 06 April 2012 GENERAL
EXPERIENCE
: Must possess experience, educion or training which demonstres your ability to provide technical assistance and organize assignments for subordines; estime merials and manpower needed for specific jobs; read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schemics and technical publicions; and maintain records and reports.WS-12 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
Must possess specialized experience which demonstres your ability to plan and organize work assignments directly or through one or more subordine leaders and/or supervisors. Experience reviewing work requirements and establishing priorities to meet deadlines; knowledge of various lines of work performed by the function and associed support organizions and dealing effectively with other people. Experience supervising through subordine supervisors, or the potential to perform such duties as evidenced aby the ability to communice, skill applying human relions techniques, knowledge of general supervisory concepts, knowledge of shop processes; and adapt existing equipment and techniques to new situions.
