SHEET METAL WORKER (AIRCRAFT)

Position Description This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the DHA for Domestic Def Ind Base Facilities & Major Range/Test Facilities Base in DOD.. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will disassemble, repair, assemble, modify, measure, and/or check, as required, to process aircraft, aircraft engine structures, components, assembles, and/or sub-assemblies. You will work from drawings, manuals, technical directives, instructions and at times, under the guidance of a higher-graded mechanic. You will use metal working hand tools and power hand tools in the process of repairing, manufacturing and modifying aircraft and aircraft engine assemblies or parts. You will work with plastics and various metals and knowledge of basic level shop mathematics. Minimum Salary 22.74 Maximum Salary 33.62
