Job Description

A&P Aircraft Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Coordinator OMR Services - Fargo, North Dakota OMR Services is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented A&P Aircraft Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team in Fargo, ND. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse fleet of high-performance aircraft while contributing to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and adaptable , with the ability to balance hands-on aircraft maintenance with coordination responsibilities and FAA compliance oversight. Aircraft Fleet You will work on a variety of advanced aircraft, including: Cessna Citation series Daher TBM aircraft Pilatus PC-12 Cirrus SR Series Key Responsibilities Perform and coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Manage inspections, Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance, maintenance tracking, and aircraft status reporting Coordinate with service centers, vendors, and OEM support teams Maintain accurate and compliant aircraft records and FAA documentation Assist in troubleshooting discrepancies and developing maintenance plans Support operational readiness , minimizing aircraft downtime Collaborate closely with flight operations personnel and aircraft owners Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required) Experience with turbine aircraft (required) Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance compliance requirements Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple aircraft and projects simultaneously Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail Inspection Authorization (IA) certification is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
