Full-Time About Client This premier Denver-based maintenance operation services a diverse general aviation piston fleet, including Cirrus, Cessna, and Diamond platforms. A close-knit and highly skilled crew, they are actively expanding into turboprop systems and electric aircraft, with a clear roadmap toward achieving Part 145 certification.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$32-$42/hour — Based on experience and qualifications
Relocation Assistance:
Available on a case-by-case basis (Perfect for talent heading up I-25!)
Shift:
40 hours weekly; 4x10 or 5x8 schedules dependent on operational needs. Premium compensation provided for overtime, weekend rotations, and AOG responses.

Keep a high-volume piston fleet mission-ready while expanding your expertise in structural repairs and advanced avionics. Report directly to the DOM with excellent upward mobility. Key Responsibilities Execute routine and emergency maintenance on an active fleet of general aviation piston aircraft. Conduct and authorize annual and 100-hour inspections strictly adhering to 14 CFR Parts 43 and 91 Accurately diagnose and repair intricate electrical and avionics system malfunctions. Assist with major avionics integrations, from basic GPS and radio units to comprehensive modern flight decks and autopilots. Perform minor structural and sheet metal modifications based on airframe requirements. Apply expert diagnostic strategies to resolve complex mechanical anomalies. Source and interpret technical schematics, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and manuals. Log all service actions promptly into the digital maintenance tracking software. Ensure your workspace and the hangar remain impeccably clean and organized. Support the AOG response team and take on rotational weekend duties as needed. Minimum Requirements Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification. At least 3 years of hands-on experience servicing GA piston aircraft as a certified technician. Proven background in successfully completing and signing off on 100-hour inspections. Solid foundational skills in troubleshooting electrical and avionics faults. Deep understanding of 14 CFR Parts 43 and 91 guidelines. Must bring a personal set of basic aviation hand tools. Detail-oriented regarding paperwork and highly communicative with crew members. Capable of lifting 50 lbs, maneuvering in tight spaces, and safely working around standard aviation chemicals and noise. Ideal Qualifications Current Inspection Authorization (IA). Direct familiarity with modern avionics suites like Avidyne, Garmin, or G1000 systems. Previous hands-on work with airframe structural and sheet metal repairs. Maintenance experience on turboprop aircraft. Background in a supervisory or lead technician capacity. History of working in fast-paced flight academies or high-utilization fleet settings.
