Bode Aviation, Inc., is seeking a qualified Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Frame and Power Plant (A&P) licensed mechanic for our 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station at Albuquerque International Airport (ABQ), and at our general aviation piston single and multi-engine maintenance facilities at the Double Eagle II Airport (AEG) and Four Corners Regional Airport (FMN). These positions will be home based at their respective airport locations, but mechanics may need to travel for remote offsite maintenance needs. Job Description:

Bode Aviation operates a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station at Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ) providing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and inspection services. Bode Aviation also has a general aviation piston single and multi-engine maintenance facilities at the Double Eagle II Airport (KAEG) and Four Corners Regional Airport (FMN). We are a diversified aviation company headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico offering a wide range of services to include aerial firefighting operations, full-service maintenance repair and overhaul, aircraft modification, integration/testing, private charter, and flight training. We are seeking to hire an FAA licensed A&P mechanic for our maintenance facilities in Albuquerque and Farmington, New Mexico. The FAA licensed A & P Mechanic performs scheduled maintenance, makes repairs, and completes inspections required by the FAA and the aircraft OEM approved maintenance procedures and processes. Must be willing to travel (2%) for remote offsite maintenance needs.

Primary Duties:

Complete aircraft and engine maintenance as required to include Phase checks and Inspections. Follows established and normal aviation safety procedures and processes. Maintains complete and accurate maintenance records. Conducts scheduled inspections and completes follow-up as required. Qualifications Airframe & Powerplant License Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance Proficiency with hand tools and equipment repair Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations and aviation standards Experience in avionics and vehicle maintenance Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings Knowledge of fabrication techniques and precision measuring instruments Bode Aviation is an equal-opportunity employer.
