Lead Aircraft Technician - MS Flightline

Performing and leading a team of mechanics and flight test technicians throughout day-to-day operations of aircraft flight test and delivery. Coordinating priorities and tasking technicians for aircraft operational support and maintenance on the Flightline as defined by Management to meet the flight test and delivery schedule. Ensuring technicians have the tools, data, and support required to perform their functions in accordance with published schedule. Supporting and performing training to ensure optimum performance in job procedures and methods. Monitor training requirements and ensure completeness of employees' training records. Performing detailed assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components. Conducting and training technicians how to perform operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems to include ground and flight test operations such as engine adjustment and track and balance procedures. Troubleshooting of complex avionics equipment to include Helionix, Radios, Hydraulics, STC equipment and Fuel Systems.
