ABOUT US
We offer fuel systems maintenance, field and support, structural modification, and fuel cell repair and overhaul services to the aerospace industry. We are a part of the STS Aviation Group. Aviation Services•We are a leading supplier of fuel system services.
POSITION
Aircraft Fuel Cell and Fuel Systems Technician
NUMBER OF VACANCIES
1 MAIN
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Fuel system repair and testing, including but not limited to Fuel Tank Repairs, and testing of final product to ensure integrity of the completed repair Perform any repairs, rework, functional checks, tube installations, rigging, swaging and the incorporation of authorized changes, etc., as outlined by team leads. Remove and/or replace installed components and any related parts per rework instructions as required. • Frequent work in overhead, elevated and confined spaces (wing tank) may be required.

LANGUAGE OF WORK
English WAGE:
The hourly rate will vary from one candidate to the next, based on previous applicable experience. We do have some entry level positions available, as well as positions for more experienced technicians.
OVERTIME
Hourly rate, plus 50% after 40 hours per week

EDUCATION
Completion of secondary school.
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in the maintenance and repair of aircraft fuel cells is a huge plus, but not required for all positions. For more entry level positions, a strong mechanical aptitude or previous experience in a mechanical maintenance environment, can be considered. Must have the ability to work in confined spaces Must have the ability to perform the assigned duties, utilizing a respirator Must have the ability to gain access to very small areas, as required during the daily completion of the required duties High understanding of foreign object debris and damage safety standards Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, schematics, engineering dispositions and instructions Possess the ability to effectively communicate both verbally, and in written formats.
