Airplane Mechanic

We are seeking a motivated FAA-certified A&P Mechanic with approximately 2-5 years of experience to join our growing general aviation maintenance team. This role involves hands-on maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of general aviation aircraft of all types. You'll be working on a wide variety of aircraft and systems, with the opportunity to expand your skills across mechanical, electrical, and avionics disciplines. Compensation $30-$35/hour , depending on experience and capability Opportunities for advancement and pay growth based on performance Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on GA aircraft Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic avionics issues Complete accurate maintenance records and logbook entries Work closely with team members to maintain quality and efficiency Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license (required) ~2-5 years of aircraft maintenance experience Valid drivers license High School diploma or equivalent Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Familiarity with piston aircraft Avionics experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and work quality
