A&P Mechanic Job Description Join our team as an A&P Mechanic, where you'll work in a dynamic repair station environment. This role involves performing inspections and heavy maintenance on civilian helicopters, providing an excellent opportunity to advance your skills and career. Responsibilities Conduct inspections and heavy maintenance on civilian helicopters, including models such as Airbus, Eurocopter, Bell, Agusta, and Sikorsky. Utilize your A&P License to perform necessary maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with repair station standards and procedures. Perform depot and phase maintenance on rotary aircraft. Utilize your own tools to complete maintenance tasks efficiently. Essential Skills A&P License is mandatory. 3-5 years of civilian helicopter experience preferred. Experience with AW139 Repair Station is preferred. Proficient in maintenance and inspection processes. Ability to perform heavy maintenance tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Military experience with heavy maintenance experience is welcomed. Familiarity with various helicopter models such as S-76, S-92, S-61, UH-1, UH-60, UH-72, HH-60, AW139, AW109, AW119, AW609, Bell 429, Bell 427, Bell 407. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is an FAA-certified repair station providing maintenance and inspections, major avionics upgrades, engine repairs, airframe modifications, and other maintenance services. The position operates on a first shift from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Croydon, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
