F-16 APG Mechanic - DEFENSE
LOCATION:
Greenville, SC
PAY RATE:
$34-40/hour We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or Weekend Shift (assigned after training based on team needs)

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and modify aircraft systems and powerplants. Support final assembly, aircraft checkout, maintenance, and delivery operations. Perform maintenance and operational support for: Landing gear Powerplants Flight controls Fueling/Defueling Aircraft movement, launch, and recovery established maintenance procedures, specifications, and quality standards. Support flight readiness and production operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Requirements:
5+ years of recent aircraft maintenance experience (4+ years considered with relevant fighter aircraft experience). Experience with: Phase Maintenance Final Assembly Flight Operations / Flight Readiness Experience on fighter aircraft preferred, but not required. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems operation and maintenance. Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or Weekend shift after training based on business need. Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.

Active Secret Clearance preferred, but not required. Military or fighter aircraft maintenance background strongly preferred.
