Job Description

Position Overview Essential Job Functions Assists the Director of Maintenance with managing and overseeing the Company aircraft maintenance program. Assists the Director of Maintenance with the supervision of all maintenance, both scheduled andunscheduled, and any other maintenance needed including cleaning. Assists the Director of Maintenance with record keeping, including all Computerized Tracking updates and revisions. Assists the Director of Maintenance with tracking aircraft times and cycles. Covers duties as "Maintenance on Call" as a back up to the Director of Maintenance. Orders parts for JLI aircraft when AOG and out of service. Liaison with Operations to coordinate Out of Service time for scheduled inspections. Assist with maintaining training records (Electronic and hard copies) Assist Director of Maintenance with forecasting scheduled maintenance Assist Director of Maintenance with Aircraft Conformity Preparations. Assist Director of Mainenance with keeping Operations Specifications current and accurate. Any other duties delegated to him/her by the Director of Maintenance. Requirements Excellent PC skills and proficiency; knowledge of Veryon and Jet Insight (preferred) Excellent customer service skills using tact and professionalism appropriate requiring good oral and written communication skills. Flexibility in a rapidly changing organization. FAA issued Airframe and Powerplant License strongly preferred. Must be able to commute to the office located in JZI Weekend availability is required, with flexible scheduling options (fixed Thurs-Mon shift or rotating weekend coverage)
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
