You will utilize your technical expertise to perform complex electrical diagnostics, systems testing, and precision assembly to deliver high-quality aircraft ready for flight. Responsibilities Execute functional testing of intricate electrical systems and avionics, ensuring all components meet rigorous performance standards. Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault repair on aircraft electrical systems to maintain production schedules. Interpret complex engineering drawings and electronic work instructions to guide precise assembly and installation tasks. Apply specialized sealants, coatings, and finishes to structural components while maintaining strict quality control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workspace by adhering to all industrial safety protocols and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention standards. Operate mechanical lifts and specialized diagnostic equipment to access and test hard-to-reach aircraft systems. Qualifications Required Skills 1+ year of experience in a technical, mechanical, or aerospace manufacturing environment. Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Demonstrated experience in electrical assembly, wire bundle installation, and avionics troubleshooting. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs, climbing, and working in confined spaces. Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control regulations. Proficiency with computer-based work instructions and standard office software applications. Preferred Skills 3+ years of experience in aircraft systems testing and fault isolation. Prior experience with In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) systems and functional testing. Advanced knowledge of electrical diagnostic tools and high-voltage safety procedures. Experience mentoring team members or providing technical cross-training.
