Job Description

Strategic Support Solutions is hiring three licensed Aircraft Jet Mechanics with general aviation and corporate jet experience. Technicians will perform scheduled phase inspections, troubleshooting, component replacement, and structural repairs on a wide range of turbine-powered corporate aircraft, including Cessna Citations, Beechjets, Learjets, and Phenoms. Key Responsibilities Perform major and minor scheduled maintenance, Phase inspections, and unscheduled repairs on corporate jet airframes and turbine engines. Troubleshoot, inspect, adjust, and repair aircraft systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, environmental control (ECS), landing gear, and flight controls. Execute engine removals, installations, and rigging (R&R) in compliance with manufacturer manuals and FAA regulations. Perform functional testing, post-maintenance operational checks, and system troubleshooting. Document all maintenance actions accurately in accordance with FAA regulations, company repair station manuals, and customer specifications. Required Qualifications & Experience Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience working on general aviation and corporate jet aircraft. Strong technical knowledge of turbine engines and corporate aircraft systems. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on a fast-paced hangar floor.
