Aviation Technician/Aircraft Mechanic About the Job ICON Maintenance Group is hiring an experienced A&P Aircraft Mechanic to join our growing team. If you're passionate about aviation and take pride in high-quality maintenance work, we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll perform maintenance on both company and client aircraft while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency at all times. Responsibilities Perform aircraft maintenance, repairs, and inspections in compliance with FAA regulations Follow company maintenance manuals, procedures, and safety standards Accurately document all maintenance performed using electronic systems Conduct aircraft servicing (oil, fluids, oxygen/nitrogen, etc.) Identify and perform hidden damage inspections when required Assist with towing, taxiing, and engine run-ups (as qualified) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Submit work orders and reports in a timely manner Collaborate with team members, management, vendors, and FAA representatives Requirements Valid FAA A&P License (required) High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (MS Office & maintenance software) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Able to pass background check and drug screening Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications FAR Part 135 maintenance experience Factory training on Gulfstream, Cessna, or Bombardier aircraft Benefits & Perks Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to work on high-end corporate aircraft Stable, growing company Team-focused, safety-first culture Overtime opportunities may be available
