FAA, EASA, CAA & TCCA
Part 145 maintenance repair station, focusing on high quality service to customers in the areas of aircraft maintenance, maintenance support, parts and component repair, and consulting.
Role Objective:
The Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Technician is responsible for executing comprehensive inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diverse ground support equipment to ensure operational readiness, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.

Maintaining all GSE to ensure safe, compliant functionality
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diverse ground support equipment to ensure operational readiness, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. Proficient in diagnosing and servicing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on equipment Apply advanced diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify root causes of equipment failures, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted operations. Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with state/local, federal, and company regulations Maintain meticulous service records in accordance with FAA, other regulatory authorities, and manufacturer requirements, ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with Maintenance Manager, Chief Inspector, Lead Technicians, Director of Marketing/Sales to prioritize urgent repairs and preventive maintenance schedules. Conduct functional tests and safety inspections to verify equipment performance before release to service. Maintains a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of others Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of GSE Equipment Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage various projects and tasks effectively Ability to effectively interact and tactfully communicate with coworkers Must be able to read, write and understand rules, regulations and policies Must maintain high standards of performance for self and others;
Required Education/Experience:
High School diploma or GED required Vocational/Technical school certificate in automotive, diesel, aviation maintenance or related field preferred Minimum of one year of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in aviation, automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment repair Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and meet the company's vehicle insurance requirements.
