Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Overhaul major components of Bell 206 series, 505, 407, Huey, 205, 212, 412 Participate in Bell Overhaul courses Work with procedures and manuals to ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and FAA regulations Perform overhauls on complex parts with an emphasis on Bell Helicopter Components Adhere to company policies and procedures in preparing, collecting, recording, and maintaining project data Prepare professional correspondence to vendors and customers as required Research parts and prepare quotes for projects ranging from simple to complex
Required Skills/Abilities:
NDT experience and certifications including Mag Particle, Ultrasonic, and Dye-Penetrants Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff Ability to accurately use and read specialized measuring devices (e.g., micrometers, dial calipers, bore gauges) Experience with machine shop tools such as milling machines, lathes, drill presses (preferred) Ability to lift and move items of 50 pounds or more regularly Excellent communication and people skills Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid Driver's License High school diploma or GED required Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and FAA-regulated drug/alcohol tests prior to start and will be enrolled in our random drug pool
