Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Turbine Lead Career Track Opportunity Bergstrom Aircraft, Inc. - Tri-Cities, Washington Bergstrom Aircraft, Inc., a well-established and growing full-service FBO in the Tri-Cities region of Southeast Washington, is seeking an experienced Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic to join our maintenance team — with a defined path toward a Turbine Lead Mechanic role. Job Requirements:

The right candidate will have the opportunity to: Work on a diverse fleet including piston GA, turboprops, corporate jets, Part 121 air carrier aircraft, and helicopters Contribute to a department that values precision, teamwork, and accountability Grow within a company that promotes long-term stability and leadership development Play a key role in shaping and leading turbine maintenance operations Qualifications We are seeking a professional who: Holds a current A&P certificate (IA preferred) Has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in GA piston and turbine aircraft Proficient in supporting piston singles, light twins, turboprops, light to medium jets, and Part 121 aircraft Demonstrates sound judgment, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset Brings strong experience and confidence working on corporate turbine and jet aircraft Work Environment, Pay & Benefits We understand that top-tier mechanics look for both professional opportunity and quality of life.
We offer:
Clean, heated maintenance facility 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee) Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Paid Time Off Company-provided uniform service Company-matched retirement plan up to 3% On-call maintenance rotation (approximately one week per month) supporting AOG aircraft Overtime typically 10-15 hours per month, with additional opportunity based on AOG demand Candidates must provide their own tools.
Pay:
