Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Turbine Lead Career Track Opportunity Bergstrom Aircraft, Inc. - Tri-Cities, Washington Bergstrom Aircraft, Inc., a well-established and growing full-service FBO in the Tri-Cities region of Southeast Washington, is seeking an experienced Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic to join our maintenance team — with a defined path toward a Turbine Lead Mechanic role. Clean, heated maintenance facility 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee) Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Paid Time Off Company-provided uniform service Company-matched retirement plan up to 3% On-call maintenance rotation (approximately one week per month) supporting AOG aircraft Overtime typically 10-15 hours per month, with additional opportunity based on AOG demand Candidates must provide their own tools.

Pay:
