Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Aircraft Mechanic and become a vital part of ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of aircraft. In this energetic role, you will perform comprehensive maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks on various aircraft systems, adhering to strict safety standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help keep our fleet operating smoothly and efficiently, supporting the aviation industry's highest standards of quality and safety. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on aircraft airframes, engines, avionics, and systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR). Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics, CAD drawings, and technical manuals. Perform repairs and modifications utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, calipers, micrometers, ohmmeters, ammeters, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure precision. Utilize root cause analysis techniques to identify underlying issues affecting aircraft performance and implement effective corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities within Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) in compliance with AS9100 standards for quality management. Fabricate or modify sheet metal components and assemblies as needed for repairs or upgrades. Ensure all work complies with aviation safety standards, including schematics interpretation, equipment repair procedures, and heavy lifting protocols. Proven mechanic experience in aircraft maintenance or related fields such as military or vehicle maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience relevant to aviation systems. Proficiency in reading schematics, CAD files (including CATIA and AutoCAD), and technical manuals. Familiarity with aviation regulations including Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and AS9100 quality standards. Experience working with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, micrometers, ohmmeters, ammeters, and coordinate measuring machines. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering tools, and sheet metal fabrication techniques. Knowledge of avionics systems and electrical troubleshooting methods. Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams for complex aircraft systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis to diagnose issues efficiently. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
